Karl Samiec: HI Jessica .... just pop them on a pc of tin-foil If you have some cooking spray like PAM I would spray a little 1st then put them in a preheated 325 deg oven for about 15 min just keep an eye out for burning since oven's tend to vary ....most frozen foods are cooked the same way you just have to watch so they don't burn..enjoy!
