Margy Sandquist: I am a school teacher. Spend ! the money on health care. This country needs to understand, you could invest $20,000.00 a year per child on education and not improve anything. Our education system is only going to get better when the parents of this country get involved with their children's future. Parents need to help their children study, encourage their children to study, and hold their children accountable for studying. That might save the tax payer a plithera of wated tax payer dollars.
