If you never plan to edit the video on a computer or upload to YouTube or other similar service or have no plans to email the video, then you may be OK...Hard drive and flash memory camcorders are better, but the video is still compressed a lot.MiniDV tape camcorder provide best available quality. Ricardo Rozelle: It's hard to find a good camcorder for that low of a price, but here is a link that has reviews for a couple of good camcorders in that range. If you're willing to spend a little more I would recommend the RCA Small Wonder. It's compact enough to carry around with you wherever you go, very easy to use, and it's pr! etty durable too.
