Floyd Labuda: I know with at&t they will let you put your insurance on any one of their phones if it is not a phone they carry then you cannot insure it but they should i do not see any reason why they should not let you insure it .

Toney Flaten: you would have to check with your carriers insurance plan... if it was a GSM phone and you just changed the SIM card and did not need to notify the carrier, then it is likely that you are only covered for the old phone, if that even... if it was a CDMA carrier, where you had to call the company to activate your new ebay phone, then they should have records of the new phone, and may have moved the insurance over to the new phone... however they may not have, the insurance may still be on the old phone... you really need to contact your carrier, or insurance provider... either way I doubt they would insure an ebay phone... best option... lie.. .tel! l them you lost it... ...Show more
